Our mission is to enhance the worlds interior and washroom products through innovation and technology. To make it possible we provide training and are constantly investing in R&D, competitive pay, on-the-job learning, coaching and feedback, we make sure that everyone who works with us has the resources they need to learn more and build their careers. And also to have some fun along the way – we want Trovex to be a great place to work where people are inspired and motivated to be the best they can be.

Making it fun

We think it’s important for our employees to enjoy their working and we want to make sure that working for our business is fulfilling, rewarding and fun.

Key areas that we focus on as part of the “Making it a great place to work” program include giving employees free lunch, snacks, hot drinks, coaching and on-site classes.

We finish our office hours at 4:30 pm so employees can avoid traffic and enjoy more their evening, especially during Summer time!

We have meetings every Monday to share and talk about our projects, goals and to exchange experiences.
