Trovex were privileged to deliver yet another project for Cambridge Community NHS Trust at the lime Tree Clinic.
The project was to refurbish this clinic to a high standard for the use of the iCaSH organisation, which demanded exquisite detail into what products were used and how the layout of the clinic was design.
Trovex provided Hygienic Wall Cladding, Hygidoors and Hygipods for this project alongside similar clinics before and since where the landlords have desired to maintain the same high standard.
The Hygidoor, as standard is provided with flush glaze vision panels, offering a seamless finish to the face or the door, not breaks or protrusions with traditional beading around the vision panel as this provides a haven for dust and bacteria to settle in. Some of these vision panels were provided as vision control panels, to enable total privacy to the rooms when needed, operated one side by a thumb turn and the other side by a square key for security.
Pre-plumbed with the Horne Optitherm thermostatic medical tap, the Hygipods were provided as a floor to ceiling unit, integrating with a vinyl flooring and then fitted through a suspended ceiling. The seamless surface of the Hygipod was demanded by the client to maintain the high standard of infection control required here.
Whilst the Hygidoors and Hygipods were chosen to be in relatively plain colours, feature walls were added in using Trovex Wall Cladding from the Brilliance and Radiance colour ranges to brighten up the feel where it was needed.
